Cedar Park Group is currently seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team for a commercial project in Syracuse, NY. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, responsible for handling administrative tasks, directing communication, and maintaining a professional front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Handle mail delivery and acceptance, ensuring timely distribution of office communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support additional administrative duties as needed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must demonstrate professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

Hourly pay: $18-20, based on experience.
