Job Description:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CEO on the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction. Provide insights and formulate strategic goals with CEO by utilizing comprehensive internal/external analysis

• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic goals

• Cross-Departmental Alignment: Liaise with corporate and regional offices to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives and alignment on strategic direction

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic plans and updates to the executive team

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting preferably from a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)

• Strong data-driven decision making skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

• Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and update stakeholders effectively

• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred
