Due to continued growth and need to expand, Elire currently is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Lead Consultant to join our elite Oracle Cloud ERP Practice team. The ideal candidate will be a Cross-Functional Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist Senior/Lead Consultant with a strong emphasis on business process consulting skills.

5 plus years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle EBS Financials, Workday Financials or Oracle ERP Cloud as a Functional Specialist/Consultant.
Experience should be across multiple functional areas such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Financial Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables.
Extensive experience in gathering business requirements; performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds
Creating functional specs for tech team; configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios, & test scripts; leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle.
Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients and other consultants.
Able to effectively to deliver and express ideas to clients through presentations both in-person and virtually.
