How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll serve as a vital communication interface between the reporting, development, and IT departments, facilitating clear and effective information exchange
- You’ll prepare compelling project and decision documents tailored to the needs of senior management, effectively communicate key insights and recommendations
- Establishing and implementing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs, identifying any discrepancies for resolution are part of your responsibilities
- You’ll provide training and support to key stakeholders on the use of reporting tools and data visualization techniques, enhancing overall data literacy within the organization
- You‘ll establish feedback loops with users of reports and dashboards to continuously gather input, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that reporting tools meet business objective
- This role involves proactively engaging with other departments to understand their reporting needs and incorporate their inputs into analytical solutions, fostering a collaborative work environment
- In addition, you’ll identify potential risks associated with data reporting and analytics processes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You possess several years of professional experience, ideally in an Analytics department
- You have already gained experience and knowledge in stakeholder and project management
- You have knowledge in the field of data visualisation and with ERP systems
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as structured thinking
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You're fluent in the English language, German is an advantage

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 76.450*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
