Job Title: HubSpot RevOps Specialist
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD/month (flexible for candidates with strong expertise in both technical implementation and sales/marketing strategy)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We're hiring a hands-on HubSpot RevOps Specialist to architect, maintain, and continuously improve the companys end-to-end HubSpot ecosystem. This is a high-impact role supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams through smart automation, workflow design, reporting, and CRM best practices. You'll be the strategic owner of all things HubSpot, shaping how GTM teams operate and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full administration and architecture of the company's HubSpot instance (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
  • Design and implement workflows, lead scoring models, sequences, and automation to streamline sales and marketing operations.
  • Build dashboards, attribution models, and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain clean, structured data and manage integrations (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, LinkedIn, Zapier, APIs).
  • Support campaign execution: emails, landing pages, lead forms, list segmentation, and tracking.
  • Optimize sales pipeline setup: deal stages, activity logging, forecasting.
  • Lead onboarding and training efforts for new users and cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously refine systems and processes based on team feedback and operational needs.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing HubSpot across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, and Service).
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations, with exposure to long or complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience building HubSpot from scratch or supporting early-stage GTM system builds.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales operations workflows.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations (Zapier, APIs, etc.).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • HubSpot certifications (Sales, Marketing, RevOps).
  • Prior experience in B2B services, SaaS, or food & beverage.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Background in sales or marketing roles.
