20 hours/week | Potential Full-Time Opportunity After 90 Days
Hiring on behalf of our client through Reclatam

Reclatam is hiring a part-time Intake Coordinator for a growing law firm. This is a remote position offering 20 hours per week to start, with the possibility of full-time employment after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience using Lead Docket is required

  • Experience with Clio is preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Prior intake experience at a law firm is required (personal injury experience is a plus but not mandatory)

  • A positive, energetic, and friendly personality, comfortable speaking with new and potential clients
