Job description

Company is looking for a paid media specialist who can confidently manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other self-serve platforms. You’ll be working on ecommerce and performance marketing campaigns for Australian clients with monthly spends ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 AUD across 3 to 8 accounts. This is a hands-on role covering end-to-end campaign delivery. You’ll also need to provide input on strategy, performance insights and ongoing optimisation plans. Reporting is part of the role, but we have clear templates and processes in place. You’ll be supported by our data team and account managers but trusted to own your patch and deliver strong results.

  • Build and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Handle audience targeting, ad structure, keyword planning and remarketing setups
  • Write ad copy and upload creative assets based on supplied materials
  • Monitor daily performance and make optimisations based on KPIs
  • Complete reporting in LookerStudio and contribute performance commentary
  • Flag performance risks, account issues or creative bottlenecks early 
  • Share ideas to improve campaign structures, targeting or creative approaches
  • Ensure campaign setups follow spec guidelines and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with the AU-based account team to align campaign goals and updates

  • 3+ years of paid media experience across multiple self-managed platforms
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR
  • Ability to juggle several active accounts with different budgets and goals
  • Familiarity with ecommerce customer journeys and conversion-focused ad strategies
  • Confident working with templates in LookerStudio and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with excellent task follow-through
  • A calm, structured mindset and clear communication skills in a remote team setup
  • Ability to take feedback and continually improve performance outcomes
