ALTA Project Coordinator
Join Bureau Veritas—a global leader in commercial real estate due diligence and risk management.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized ALTA Project Coordinator to provide critical technical and administrative support focused on ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and related due diligence services. In this role, you will be deeply involved in researching property information, interpreting municipal survey and zoning codes, and coordinating project workflows to ensure compliance with ALTA standards.
You will manage project setup, track progress, communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and field teams, and prepare documentation that supports the successful delivery of survey and zoning compliance reports. This role requires familiarity with commercial real estate surveying processes and an ability to synthesize technical details into clear, actionable information.

Key Responsibilities

Research project information and gather required documents from client-supplied materials and municipalities to assist in completing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and zoning compliance reports.

Review, interpret, and apply municipal survey and zoning codes to ensure compliance with local regulations and ALTA standards.

Accurately set up projects in digital platforms such as nTel, Vision, P-Drive, and SharePoint, maintaining consistency and accessibility of all project data.

Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, proactively identify and resolve issues related to client communications, site access, scheduling, and field operations.

Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and newly uploaded information to internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Support vendor recruitment, onboarding, and compliance management through FLEX to ensure efficient bidding, assignment, and payment processes.

Obtain pricing and scheduling details from vendors to prepare accurate proposals aligned with client requirements.

Coordinate on-site schedules between vendors and client points of contact to facilitate smooth field operations.

Upload, distribute, and manage Client Supplied Materials (CSM) and final deliverables, reviewing client feedback and forwarding technical comments to vendors.

Prepare and submit contractual reports, reliance letters, and other non-technical deliverables in support of client requirements.

Assist with client follow-up regarding proposals, project status, and outstanding deliverables.

Develop reports tracking project progress, challenges, and resolutions to share with stakeholders.

Manage contract administration activities, including purchase orders and change orders.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement technological solutions.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.

Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably within commercial real estate, surveying, or related industries.

Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, governmental regulations, and survey/zoning codes.

Proficient in written and verbal communication, capable of tailoring information for clients, technical teams, and vendors.

Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and project management software.

Exceptional time management, active listening, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a personal cell phone.

Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and perform other basic physical tasks as required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this role, employees are regularly required to use hands for typing and other tasks, stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. Occasional reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or lifting up to 10 pounds may be necessary. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work environment noise levels are typically quiet.

Competitive hourly pay range: $20 - $28.89 per hour (equates to $42k - 60k0 based on experience.
