Job description

We are representing our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Pulau Indah, Klang. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Procurement Executive to join their team.

Job Description:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials needed for production, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Support in tracking stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Help maintain communication with suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries, and basic coordination tasks.
Assist in comparing quotes and gathering price information to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Ensure procurement documents and processes follow company guidelines and basic regulatory requirements.
Help collect and organize purchasing data to support reporting and simple analysis for the procurement team.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Production and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred male candidates because has to handle inventory management tasks
Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management within the manufacturing sector
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP or ERP System for procurement and inventory management

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Salary: RM 2,500 - 3,500
