NESCO RESOURCE is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician in the Charleston, SC area.

JOB ROLE/SUMMARY:
Seeking a skilled technician who can perform necessary repairs to commercial buildings. Duties include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, caulking, tile and flooring, masonry, operating heavy machinery (lifts) and carpentry.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD - Will have access to a company vehicle
MUST HAVE GED; HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS (able to operate tablets/phone)
BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF POWER TOOLS/SAFETY WHEN HANDLING THEM
BASIC MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
CAN FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTION
Warehouse is based in the Summerville area.
Ability to travel daily between work sites. Summerville, Charleston and Columbia areas.
