Job description

Our Client, a Materials Engineering company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for their Santa Clara, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes).
  • Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, for recruitment.
  • Develop/utilize employment the global employment brand.
  • Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.
  • Train/mentor new recruiters on recruiting processes and tools.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required: Yes
  • Years of experience : 4 – 7 years
  • Technical Skills: Required: Basic understanding of engineering functions/disciplines
  • Desired: Recruiter for engineering roles, Semiconductor experience, Work w/tech organizations
  • Computer Skills: Required: Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Desired: Data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau
  • Required: Customer centric, Negotiation, Coaching, Strong written & verbal communication
  • Desired: Coaching, Problem Solving
