Job Summary

Airswift’s Service Team is responsible for supporting the contractor base through onboarding, ongoing services, offboarding and retention. We support the overall vision of Airswift by delivering a level of service to our contractors that establishes their commitment to the Airswift family and facilitates growth.

Service Consultant is responsible for managing the onboarding, ongoing service requests, and offboarding of the contractor base assigned to them. In this role they will also develop key relationships with internal stakeholders, including the payroll team, sales team, recruitment team and account management team.

Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with the Service Manager to understand and deliver to the needs of the client, contractors and assignees in a timely manner.  
  • Meet with Service Manager to recommend possible client delivery improvements to deliver to a high standard of customer service.
  • Ensure turnaround times can be met and services sourced at the lowest cost option.
  • Adhere to the local regulatory requirements and deliver to customer policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting Contractors and Assignees throughout the duration of their assignment from on-boarding to off-boarding.  This includes all pre-access requirements, logistics, document recording, tracking of recharges, and ongoing support to queries.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all non-Clients and will have the ability to drive retention and increase opportunities for referrals.
  • Drive a culture based on strength of relationships and excellence of service delivery.
  • This role is ideal for detail focused individuals who are excellent communicators and relationship builders.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages.
  • Manage and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Ensure office/common area cleanliness
  • Help coordinate the logistics and planning of contractor/client events
  • Potential travel as needed.
  • Additional office duty requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Administrative, HR or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel, ATS or CRM experience.
  • Very organized, adept in time management and can demonstrate structure in thinking.
  • Ability to understand and deliver to business processes and needs 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task to service deliverables.
  • Ability to clearly document and deliver complex business processes.
  • Able to work independently whilst managing competing priorities.
