Key Responsibilities:

- Install overhead patient lift systems in various healthcare settings.

- Ensure project completion with a focus on safety and quality.

- Act as a trainer, coach, and mentor to both internal and external installation resources.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance installation processes and improve client satisfaction.


Essential Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- 10+ years of experience in overhead patient lift installation.

- Proven track record of successful project completion.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.


Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in project management and time management.

Requirements

  

Education/Experience

High school diploma (minimum) and 10 years plus construction and overhead patient lift installation experience. 

Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
