ABOUT THE ROLE

Associations International is seeking a passionate and organized part-time DEIB Training Coordinator to join the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team! In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of DEIB-focused training sessions for ICF chapter and non-chapter members worldwide. By empowering coaches with practical tools and strategies, you’ll help advance ICF’s mission to foster a more inclusive and equitable global coaching community.


Reporting to the Vice President of ICF DEIB, the ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to DEIB principles, excellent organizational skills, and experience coordinating and facilitating virtual or in-person trainings. This role requires a collaborative mindset and attention to detail, as you’ll be responsible for managing training logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for DEIB-related inquiries and resources.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate DEIB-related trainings and workshops for ICF chapters and members, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery tailored to diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with DEIB leadership to develop, update, and refine training materials and resources
  • Serve as a point of contact for ICF chapter and non-chapter members, addressing inquiries and providing support to strengthen DEIB training efforts across the organization
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions, including scheduling, participant communication, and technology setup
  • Maintain organized records of training activities, participant attendance, certificate production, and feedback to support continuous improvement and reporting
  • Support the DEIB department’s initiatives by providing administrative assistance for meetings, events, and special projects
  • Contribute to broader DEIB efforts within ICF, including identifying opportunities to enhance inclusivity across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles and practices
  • Proven experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or presentations in a professional or volunteer capacity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, including managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Previous experience providing administrative support or coordinating programs is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in the coaching space is preferred, but not required
