Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Video Editors! This role revolves in creating videos for ad sets, emails, landing pages, etc.

The Role:

Design and edit short-form video content for paid ads, social media, email, landing pages, and more
Work off existing creative: crop, resize, recut, add text overlays, apply transitions, etc.
Build GIFs and motion content to enhance digital campaigns
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
Maintain a strong eye for detail in fast-paced editing cycles
Review creative performance and help iterate based on results

Requirements:

Experience in the software or tech industry is a MUST for this role
3+ years of hands-on video editing experience (color correction too)
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially After Effects and Premiere Pro)
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of pacing, motion, and storytelling
Ability to work PST hours and collaborate with remote teams
Experience cutting down long-form videos for social formats
Experience researching and selecting stock footage
With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to working on a US time zone (PST preferred but EST hours or semi-overlapping shift is fine)
Comfortable using a time-tracker tool during the shift (Hubstaff for productivity tracking and payroll purposes)

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for team communication
Some experience in D2C/e-commerce brands or performance marketing

Growth Into:

Saving, organizing and filing creative assets for easy access and collaboration

Application Process: Initial Interview -> Client Creative Test -> GA Final Interview -> Client Review/Interview/Approval

Salary Range: PHP 65,000 - 80,000 per month
