Job description

Join GrowthAssistant as an Amazon E-Commerce Operations Specialist!

We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Amazon E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage and monitor inventory, optimize product listings, coordinate promotions, and help maintain overall account health on Amazon Seller Central. This is a remote role, and you must be available to work EST hours.



Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Management
    •    Coordinate timely shipment of inventory to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
    •    Monitor stock levels and reconcile discrepancies across ~100 SKUs.
Promotions & Coupons
    •    Set up and track Amazon coupons, Lightning Deals, and other promotional offers.
    •    Analyze promotion results and optimize for future campaigns.
Account Health Monitoring
    •    Monitor compliance with Amazon policies and account health metrics.
    •    Address customer feedback, listing issues, and policy flags.
Product Listings & A+ Content
    •    Upload and optimize new listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords).
    •    Manage A+ Content, storefront visuals, and coordinate with creative teams.
Reporting & Coordination
    •    Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
    •    Align with cross-functional teams on inventory, promotional calendars, and strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Proven FBA experience: inventory tracking and shipment creation
  • Experience with listing management, A+ Content, and Amazon promotions
  • Excellent Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, formatting, data entry)
  • Experience using Trello or a similar PM tool
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Reliable and self-directed; able to meet deadlines independently
  • Available to work EST hours

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising (PPC/Sponsored Products)
  • Experience working with U.S. e-commerce brands
  • Coordination experience with supply chain or creative teams
  • Comfortable using Slack and Gmail for internal communication
