Role Purpose:
Lead the end-to-end sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and execution.
Oversee commercial bid management, including the team’s execution of RFP / RFI preparations, other proposals and pitch development - ensuring quality and brand alignment.
Build and scale systems, playbooks, and processes to improve sales team and sales operations effectiveness and reduce cycle times.
Lead enterprise Sales Operations and Analytics including all metric reviews and reporting as well as all sales results auditing.
Collaborate with sales, client services, marketing, and delivery teams to orchestrate winning commercial responses.
Lead, design and develop all sales/client services training, learning, and content management.
Work directly with the CCO to assist in setting the strategic direction and operational priorities of the CCO org.
Manage the scheduling, agenda building, and running of all CCO staff calls, strategic planning meetings and other leadership meetings and assist with all executive and board level communications and presentations.
Maintain lists of CCO priority action items and goals, and monitor progress on action items
Oversee the Executive Assistant of the CCO and execute other significant "strategic administrative" responsibilities: develop and maintain calendars, schedules, and facilitate meetings.
Lead or partner on special projects driven by the CCO across all areas of the org
Drive content creation and agendas for key internal and external purposes (leadership meeting, key client / prospect meetings, internal all-hands.
Communicate and disseminate CCO leadership team goals and initiatives throughout the organization and provide communication partnering with the CCO and other members of CCO leadership team.
Work cross-functionally with matrix teams to ensure aligned priorities and goals.
Work with other Chiefs of Staff and EAs to drive projects to completion.
Build and maintain successful relationships and partnerships across the organization including managing day-to-day relations and outreach with key stakeholders across departments.
Scope/Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales enablement & commercial bid management teams, providing strategic leadership guidance to core leaders from both teams.
Partner with the marketing and creative leadership team to ensure messaging and sales content are cohesive and brand aligned.
General Office of the CCO staff management: preparation and facilitation of critical CCO-hosted meetings, ensuring meeting objectives are realistic, with timely preparation, with the CCO well-informed in advance of each key meeting: strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, staff meetings and others.
Responsible for preparing all presentation materials, ensuring that anyone else presenting in the meeting is ready. This responsibility is about content and the CoS's judgment about the appropriateness and sufficiency of the meeting preparation.
Drive organization communications strategy, prioritization of weekly meetings, and offsite agendas, and identify opportunities to increase leadership team effectiveness.
Corporate Communications - facilitate internal communications as it relates to project/process progress
Development of draft communications on behalf of the CCO and/or research in support of these. Communications range from presentations and correspondence related to the CCO’s various meetings, including but not limited to client meetings, speaking engagements involving internal and external audiences.
Lead special projects- Lead and project manage strategic cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
General mentorship across the CCO organization- establish and nurture relationships at the highest levels of organizations.
Calendar/time management & scheduling to make sure CCO’s time is being used as effectively as possible.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, and commercial bid management.
Experience in leading or directly supporting enterprise RFPs and proposal development.
Extensive experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
Background or strong exposure to marketing, brand, and/or creative strategy is a plus.
3-5 years in an operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff role supporting senior executive-level decision making, and C-level executive support is a plus.
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact initiatives across departments.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguity with a high degree of autonomy and critical thinking.
Excellent project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
Physically based in Dallas with the ability to work in the office, a plus but not required.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
