Job Description:

1. Implement sales strategy for achieving individual sales targets. Seek project information at early stage, manage projects in planning or in pursuit
2. Analyze and discuss project information with the guidance of supervisor to figure out solid opportunity
3. Propose 3m solution on a timely and accurate basis to customer base on specific project study with technical and marketing team
4. Discuss details of projects such as technical issue, price, contract terms and delivery time with the support from company
5. Develop appropriate distribution channel to drive business growth, Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
6. Regularly meet with sales supervisor to review monthly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
7. Ensure all daily operation comply with the company and BU guideline.

Requirement
1, Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Automation related disciplines.
2, 6-8 years related working experience in Electrical products sales or similar industrial product sales.
3, Good in communication and team spirit, hardworking and down to earth in daily work
