Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and clients to implement software solutions and support change initiatives.
  • Coordinate project activities, track actions, and maintain documentation related to project progress and functionality.
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, and demonstrations while developing a deep understanding of the Cotality product suite.
  • Analyze data logically to make recommendations and identify opportunities for process improvements through technology.

Job Description:

  • Working with our Client Success Managers and clients to support change using our software solutions.
  • Co-ordination of project activity, action tracking and documentation maintenance.
  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Cotality product suite, understanding the problems they solve and be able to demonstrate their functionality.
  • Support our Client Success Managers and clients to identify and communicate opportunities where solutions/process improvement can be realised through the application of technology.
  • Support the maintenance of documentation, including project plans, process maps, project progress deliverables and functionality overviews.
  • Co-ordination and execution of meetings, workshops, and demonstration.
  • Basic system configuration, testing and setting up demo workflows.
  • Apply a logical approach to interpreting data, make recommendations, and propose solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in an insurance business setting is essential with 3+ years’ experience as a project manager or manager of change.
  • A background in professional change management is essential with delivery expertise using PRINCE 2, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Continuous Improvement or Systems Thinking needed.
  • Experience in the property insurance industry/solution space would be advantageous.
  • Experience or knowledge of IT or Software related change management projects.
  • A real passion for making an impact to client’s processes and businesses.
  • A thirst for knowledge and to continuously want to learn and improve.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word.
  • Can demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships at all levels within the organisation and externally.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
