We are currently welcoming expressions of interest from experienced Workers Compensation Case Managers who are passionate about supporting injured workers and employers through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
At EML, you’ll play a vital role in delivering early, timely and empathetic support to injured workers and employers across corporate, industry and SME portfolios.
You’ll take ownership of a caseload of workers compensation claims, managing each one in line with legislative and compliance requirements while ensuring a positive and consistent experience for all stakeholders.
From facilitating case conferences and face-to-face meetings to conducting claims reviews and maintaining clear communication, you'll be central to driving recovery and return to work outcomes. With a strong focus on early intervention and practical support, the work you do will make a meaningful difference.
We offer permanent, full time opportunities with the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week. You’ll enjoy the stability of a long-term role while benefiting from a hybrid working model that supports work-life balance.
