Job description

Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work.

 

  Assist the R&D or Project Manager to follow up new product/process development each phase quality related work, and responsible for PPAP preparation and submission according to customers’ requirements.
  Participant and assist with Process Engineer on the PFMEA analysis and eventually draft the product/product family Quality Control Plan which should be in line with the applicable standards or customer requirements.
  Assist to conduct inspection, verification and validation of components or materials used in development processes according to the specification and test plan defined by RD/PE.
  Assist the Product Design on relate product certification (like CCC, CE etc..) during design phase, and responsible for the certificate maintenance and regular 3rd party audits.
  Create raw material & product inspection instructions, responsible for the inspector training.
  Coordinate with quality manager and quality system engineer/manger to maintain and update QMS/EMS related documents and make sure the system effectiveness and applicability. Plan, carry out and follow up Product/Process Audits.
  Responsible for internal non-conformity disposal, cooperate with other teams to implement the CA/PA.
  Cooperate with Customer Care/Sales Coordinator to deal with quality related requirements and customer claims, lead the failure analysis and improvement, initial the FA report and clarify the responsibility with customers.
  Monitor production defects statistics, regular quality data collection (FPY/RTFT, claim rate, COPQ, etc..), analysis and reporting, assist quality manager to organize the quality meeting and push for the internal continuous improvement.
  Manages measuring and testing tools, provides training on measuring tools usage, responsible for the measuring equipment regular calibration and make sure the measure system effectiveness.
  May liaise and follow the materials non-conformities with external vendors.
  Plan and carry out the regular supplier audit to improve the supplier performance.
  Other tasks assigned by line manager.
  Health & Safety
  Complete health, safety and environmental protection related training and education according to company requirements.
  Actively participate in the company's emergency rescue drills and various safety activities.
  Discover and rectify the hidden safety hazards of the department in a timely manner, eliminate the discovered hidden hazards in a timely manner and report to the factory Director and HSE.
  In case of an accident, take measures to prevent the expansion of the accident, report to the superior or relevant departments in time, and pay attention to the protection of the scene and make good records. Personally participate in the investigation of any accidents occurring in the department, make accident cause analysis, improve the department's risk assessment form, propose and implement safety precautions.
  Actively participate in the regular Safety Committee meetings and implement the tasks assigned at the meetings.
  Consider the health, safety and environmental needs of internal and external customers throughout the quality planning of products, processes and services.
