Job description

About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and user-obsessed UX & User Researcher to help us shape how our products actually work — not just how they look. This role sits at the intersection of design and research, blending hands-on UX work with deep, data-informed user insights.

You’ll run interviews, test designs with clients, and dig into usage analytics to understand how users are engaging with our product — and more importantly, why. Your insights will help our product and design teams ensure we’re not just building usable interfaces, but ones that drive real adoption and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user research studies including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field observations

  • Collaborate closely with product designers to test and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and flows

  • Capture and analyze product usage data to uncover behavioral trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Translate user insights into clear UX recommendations and actionable feedback for product teams

  • Advocate for the user and ensure we’re solving the right problems, not just designing pretty screens

  • Work cross-functionally with design, product, and development to align UX goals with business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in UX research, UX design, or a hybrid of both

  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, testing, surveys, analytics, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and how to apply them to real-world digital products

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Maze, Lookback, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar

  • Clear communication skills — you can present research findings in a way that drives decisions

  • Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Love asking why users behave the way they do

  • Think like a detective and design like an architect

  • Are just as comfortable analyzing data as you are talking to a client

  • Believe great UX is invisible and great research makes it possible
