Job Description:

The Assistant Manager plays a leading role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Gateway Center, providing exceptional service to clients and channels supporting new business growth. This position requires a dynamic, polished communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Center Manager with operations, planning, and execution

- Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, channel partners, and internal stakeholders

- Oversee service standards and workflow efficiency

- Lead coordination of room bookings, events, and client meetings

- Introduce and promote use of center facilities

- Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

- Proficient in multitasking and working under pressure

- Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- 3+ years in hospitality, customer experience, or business support

- Experience in people or team supervision preferred
