Job Description:

This role provides critical support in managing client experiences and daily center functions to maintain high operational standards and handle VIP guests with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client inquiries and assist in new business coordination

- Assist with room bookings and scheduling logistics

- Provide guided tours and introduction to center amenities

- Support event coordination and back-end logistics

- Collaborate with Assistant Manager on daily task execution

Preferred Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Language fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

- Highly organized with good problem-solving ability

- Ability to adapt to extended and shift-based work schedules

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to service excellence

Qualifications:

- College degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or hospitality environment

- Familiarity with administrative systems and booking tools
