Qualifications & Experience:

  • More than 2-5 years’ experience, managed care, managed care marketing, or related health care experience
  • Demonstrated strong customers service skills and ability to communicate with high profile individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced degree in pharmacy, health administration, marketing/business administration or related advance educational certificates/certifications
  • Knowledgeable about market research requirements
  • Proficient in excel, power point presentations, and other related data analytic software and applications

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigned qualitative and quantitative market research duties, data analytics, and reporting of outcomes of research in appropriate manner
  • Responsible for the enhancement of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships/engagement, knowledgeable of market research policies and process, and assistance with content development for KOL meetings
  • Works with Advisor Engagement team to develop, implement and execute MARCO surveys
  • Performs new business research as needed
  • Assists leadership in the strategic planning process for projects to include planning and research to ensure continual improvement and quality customer service
  • Coordinates with strategy leadership to enhance product offerings and across other internal departments, and external vendors
  • Participates in actual research, brainstorms, analysis, and interviews as needed

Expanded Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • Strong leadership skills for internal and external audiences
  • Proficiency in Power Point and Excel and data analytic software
  • Strong familiarity with managed markets resources and research materials
  • Availability to travel evenings and weekends when needed
  • Provides innovative thinking and process efficiency skills
  • Demonstrated initiative in internal and firm building activities

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. 

  • $90,000 - $111,500
