Bagira is looking for a Project manager to join our programs team at Bagira.


The Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of complex projects – from initial planning through execution to successful delivery.

This role includes direct and ongoing interaction with the customer, as well as close collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as the technical lead, product managers, development teams, QA, procurement, contracts, and finance.

The Project Manager will also interface with external subcontractors throughout the project.

Success in this role requires excellent organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to drive alignment across teams and deliver results effectively.

What will your job look like-

  • Plan and manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and progress monitoring tools
  • Lead risk identification and mitigation while ensuring execution meets quality, delivery, and budget targets
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors (procurement, delivery tracking, and contract execution)
  • Monitor project budgets and support documentation efforts, including SOW and contract materials
  • Identify and manage required human resources throughout the project
  • Ensure high levels of readiness and delivery quality
  • Maintain strong alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and satisfaction



Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in project management
  • High level of English – spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Availability for travel (approximately 30% of the role) is expected.
