Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator – Parts Sales position with work in partnership with the Parts Sales Representatives to support customer requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform order entry utilizing the ERP system and electronic processing tools.
  • Create and update orders as needed.
  • Maintain Ship Complete orders.
  • Update customer third party order platforms and portals.
  • Create invoices to support customer shipments.
  • Update customer documentation with shipping information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Maintain records within the ERP system and other documentation systems.
  • Generate, prepare, and distribute reports.
  • Provide back up support when peers are out of the office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Administrative work experience is desired.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MSOffice.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY:

This position does not directly lead other team members.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally
  • Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally
  • Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
  • Travel by air or car occasionally
