Your Impact:

We are seeking an eager Implementation Manager to join a growing team in New York City. The Candidate will be responsible for performing product preparation, labeling, quality checks, digital assignments, and preparation for deployment. Candidate will also be responsible for updating inventory management systems, updating excel spreadsheets and running reports. The position is located at the client facilities and requires a professional with customer facing experience.

 

What You’ll Do:

Location: Remotely and Onsite at 1 Police Plaza or other NYPD facilities

Reports to: NYPD Program Director

Direct Reports: 0

  • ​ Preparation for remote deployment
    • Plan deployment schedule and requirements
    • Communication with NYPD Network team to configure VLAN
    • Submit, monitor, and document Service Requests for IP scope changes
    • Communicate timelines and scheduling with NYPD stakeholders
  • Manage onsite deployment of BWC and Docks for the NYPD
    • Assigning, naming, documentation of hardware
    • Assisting in onsite provisioning of BWC swaps
    • Certifying evidence upload of newly deployed hardware
    • Communicating deployment status and schedule to NYPD
  • Prepare camera kits and assign BWC for onsite walk-in provisioning
  • Support of BWC supply management
    • Track BWC ownership
    • Monitor and maintain headquarters BWC supply to support ServiceDesk and walk-in provisioning requests
  • Onsite testing and quality evaluation of returned BWC

 

What You Bring:

  • Ability to commute to lower Manhattan daily, Monday-Friday 8-6
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while adhering to written instructions as outlined for assembly and testing
  • Must adhere to strict deployment timelines
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace on projects that require repetition
  • Experience working at a client site or on customer facing projects
  • Must work well with fellow team members and onsite customer
  • Ability to multitask: balancing multiple projects per day
  • Must dispose of all equipment packing material on a regular basis
  • Proficiency performing data-entry in MS Excel
  • Comfortable working with Windows computer hardware and software

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 63,315 in the lowest geographic market and USD 101,304 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
