We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to grow revenue and support our Community. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their memberships and sponsorships. The ideal candidate, preferably, has a knowledge of digital health. A strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, improving churn and engagement with users in a SaaS based business. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a minimum 2 years relevant sales experience.
