Shutterfly Business Solutions (SBS) is seeking a detail oriented and results driven Client Relationship Representative 3 to join our team.  The ideal candidate will possess customer service and production experience in the direct mail and/or transactional print industry.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Timely and accurately complete daily tasks to batch and distribute composed print files to multiple production locations and actively monitor potential risk to SLA mail dates
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing shift leads regarding daily capacity and file prioritization
  • Work with Manufacturing order expeditors to cancel jobs as needed due to capacity concerns; re-allocate work to alternate production sites
  • Under direction of management, efficiently process and relay client requests/revisions or project status to pertinent internal and external contacts (e.g., print tests, proofs, holds, issues with data files or production)
  • Quickly and accurately process requests, update production-related documents at time of final release, and clearly convey client requests and expectations to Production/Premanufacturing Team
  • Initiate job tickets or other Production or Technology documentation and track through completion
  • Maintain effective working relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts
  • Monitor and reset files to meet customer expectations of service level agreements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; applicable work experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years print industry experience preferred, with knowledge of pre-press, digital production, bindery equipment and mailing procedures
  • Experience with electronic order entry and tracking system preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, detail oriented
  • Good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Cover assigned shift hours of 7pm-5am CST Mon-Thurs, with an expectation to occasionally cover shifts for co-workers on weekdays, overnights, weekends or holidays
  • This position is scheduled for support Monday – Thursday 7pm-5am CST
