 Territory Manager

Region Vlaams Brabant – Oost Vlaanderen

 

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and making a positive impact in the pet care industry? We’re looking for an energetic Account Manager for a temporary position in the vibrant region of Vlaams Brabant .

In this exciting role, you’ll connect with veterinary professionals at the practice level, championing Hill’s brands and earning their trust and endorsement. You’ll also collaborate with specialist pet retailers, ensuring the outstanding execution of Hill’s 6P’s and bringing our innovative products to pet owners across the region.

 

What you’ll do

  • Territory management by achieving territory sales targets

  • Develop deep knowledge of the customer’s business and organization

  • Deliver outstanding, professional support to key stakeholders in specified veterinary clinics /stores

  • Spot new opportunities and develop technical and business propositions that meet the needs of both Hill’s and the customer

  • Craft and execute annual business plans for specific veterinary clinics/stores creating win-win solutions for Hill’s and our customers.

  • Hold regular business reviews with decision makers to celebrate wins and refine strategies. Track performance, tackle challenges, and keep targets in sight and develop corrective actions where necessary

  • Proudly represent Hill’s at industry events, trainings, pet training days, store opening days, congresses and local and national meetings.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Veterinary Science or similar ; Master in Veterinary Medicine is a plus!

  • Previous sales experience in field sales, veterinary industry, FMCG, pharmaceutical company or nutrition company is highly regarded

  • Strong communicator in Dutch with exceptional relationship management skills and client focus

  • High motivation and personal drive to increase sales and build business relationships

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills – Google sheets, docs and slides

  • A valid drivers license

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
