Job description

Job Description:

Pay Range: $19.51hr - $24.51hr
  • Assists with Administrative functions to support the Project Manager Community.
  • Tasks include assistance with Booking Change Orders, initiating subcontract procurement, billing, scheduling handover meetings, new vendor onboarding, project data validations, project closure.
Experience:
  • Administrative support in Construction Industry.
  • Familiarity with reading customer contracts, progress billings, basic financial concepts as relating to project finance.
  • Prefer experience with Microsoft Dynamic platform, SAP, basic Office applications (Word, excel, outlook, etc).
Skills:
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment as well as alone.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task.
