Organization Change Management (OCM) Leadership: Help drive change initiatives, assess change impact, develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption of the change, minimize resistance to organizational, process, and technology changes.
\r\n\t
Develop Change Management Strategies which include Stakeholder engagement, Sponsorship, Coaching, Communications across different stakeholder groups, and manage change readiness.
\r\n\t
Technical Oversight:Leverage technical expertise to understand project requirements,identify potential challenges,and provide solutions.
\r\n\t
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful execution.
Monitor progress,track milestones,and implement corrective actions as needed.
\r\n\t
Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with all stakeholders,including project sponsors,team members,and clients.
\r\n\t
Provide regular updates on project status,address concerns,and manage expectations.
\r\n\t
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes,enhance efficiency,and improve overall project delivery.
\r\n
\r\n Qualifications: \r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology,or a related field.
\r\n\t
Proven technical experience in a role such as a programmer,DBA,architect,or similar.
\r\n\t
Project Management Skills:Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g.,Agile,Waterfall).
\r\n\t
Project management certifications (e.g.,PMP,PRINCE2) are a plus. Experience working with the Judicial System is preferred.
\r\n\t
OCM Skills: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)
\r\n\t
Leadership Abilities:Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
\r\n\t
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\r\n\t
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\r\n\t
Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
\r\n\t
Results-Oriented: Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
