About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including employment law disputes, administrative law cases, and commercial litigation. This role requires a strong ability to handle high-stakes litigation and provide strategic advice to clients across different sectors.

What You Bring

A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
Admission to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong knowledge of employment law, administrative law, and commercial litigation
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proven track record of successful case outcomes
Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills
