About the Company
One of our most well-established law firm clients is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to join their team at either their Toronto or Vancouver office. This newly created role reports to the COO and supports ongoing expansion.

About the Role
The Senior Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations of the firm, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. Reporting to the COO, they will lead the finance team, coordinate audits, and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive the firm's growth and success.

The Offer
The role offers a salary of up to $200K, with an annual bonus of up to 15%, four weeks of vacation, comprehensive benefits, and more.

What You Bring
To qualify, you must have a CPA designation, a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 8 years in a leadership role within a law firm or professional services. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting is required, with Quebec reporting experience as a plus. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in communication and analysis, experienced with equity partner models, and passionate about mentoring. Technological proficiency, including AI tools, along with intellectual curiosity and empathy, are also important.
