MoneySolver /Tax Defense Network is on the hunt for a driven Experienced Outbound Sales Consultant also known as Client Relations Advisor, to join our top-performing team in our Jacksonville, Southside office. If you're a sales pro with a knack for building relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals, this is your chance to thrive in a role focused on helping clients achieve financial freedom.

This position requires a significant on-site presence in office. While a hybrid work arrangement may be considered after a 90-day introductory period, based on performance and business requirements, it is not guaranteed. Candidates should be prepared to work primarily in the office.

Requirements

Your Mission (What You'll Do):

As a Client Relations Advisor, you'll be the pivotal link connecting with our previous and current clients, proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional, valuable services. This isn't cold calling; you'll be nurturing existing relationships and maximizing client lifetime value.

  • Drive Revenue: Engage with clients via outbound calls and emails to identify additional service needs and successfully re-contract.
  • Hit & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and outbound communication goals.
  • Client Champion: Conduct thorough research into client situations to align them with ideal financial solutions, clearly communicating value, expectations, and fees.
  • Problem Solver:  Skillfully handle escalated client inquiries and service agreement issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Relationship Builder:  Leverage your acute listening skills and empathy to build rapport, understand client challenges, and guide them towards the best solutions.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a supportive sales team to achieve ambitious collective goals.
  • Manage an active pipeline and task list daily to maximize outreach efficiency.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods. 

• Continuously requires close vision, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, twisting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, crouching and keyboarding.

• Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching overhead and reaching at or below shoulder level.

• Frequent light work that includes moving objects up to 15 pounds.
