This person will be responsible for analyzing trends, business performance, and market changes to identify growth opportunities and support strategic objectives. This position involves gathering and interpreting complex data from internal and external sources, developing strategic insight, and presenting actionable recommendations.

What you will be doing:

Research trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positioning to identify business opportunities and risks.
Support strategic planning and assist in development, evaluation, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Analyze business performance and operational data to identify patterns and continuous improvements.
Monitor KPIs and strategic metrics of initiatives and inform course corrections if needed.
Create reports and presentations for effective communication, key findings, recommendations, and other insights through clear data-driven presentations.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to guide teams through decision making processes.
Analyze pricing data and market trends to develop and optimize pricing strategies across products and services.
Support pricing decisions by building financial models and conducting margin and profitability analyses.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing with business objectives and customer value.
Assist in the development and implementation of pricing tools, systems, and processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, preferred
2+ years of experience as an analyst in-house strategy owner
Successful track record of driving transformation and execution
Proven experience as an Analyst or similar role
Ability to look at strategic and long-term consequences of actions
Strong analytical skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
SQL server and database structure experience is a plus
Familiarity with Acumatica, Looker or similar BI tools is a plus

Physical Requirements

Must be able to travel approximately 10% of the time
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 pounds, occasional bending and reaching
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
