Job description

 

Are you looking for a fast-growing, innovative, and data-driven company? You’ve come to the right place! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Inside Sales team. This individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, serving as a vital link between the sales team, accounting,  and our customers. Day to day duties will include handling returns, tracking shipments, recovering invoices, answering phone calls, and entering orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a strong sense of organization.
 

What you will be doing:

  •  Answer incoming phone calls in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Gather, organize, track, and send all required information on freight damage to DWC’s 3PL/ Internal freight team to assist in the freight claim process
  • Create, track and monitor all RMAs
  • Obtain freight charges from vendors and DWC’s accounting team
  • Obtain sales invoices and send to customers
  • Coordinate regularly with DWC’s accounting team on RMAs, freight charges, invoices, and other information
  • Obtain and send tracking on sales orders to customers
  • Process sales orders
  • Obtain spec/data sheets for vendors
  • Serve as an assistant for AM coverage; to include quoting, order entry, and all areas of customer service
  • Manage key post-sale activities, including: Order entry, shipment tracking, invoice recovery, and returns processing
  • Ensure smooth operations through attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Support a positive customer experience
  • Work on projects and other assignments as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in G-suite platform and Microsoft Suite
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • High level of communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task while working at a high level on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently all while prioritizing tasks

Salary Range: $21-22/hr
