GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Order Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering countertop job information into our ERP system and supporting the smooth flow of orders through our production process. This role is vital to keeping projects on track and ensuring our customers receive the right product on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter job and customer information into the ERP system with accuracy and speed.
  • Review job documents for completeness and flag missing information.
  • Work closely with the Partner Support team to clarify job details.
  • Keep digital files organized for future reference.
  • Support basic administrative tasks as requested.
  • Communicate clearly with team members across multiple departments.
  • Uphold Classic Rock’s Core Values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy

Experience with order entry, data entry, or general clerical work 

Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or customer service a plus


WORKING CONDITIONS

Regular physical activities include standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and typing.

Position is based indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with moderate noise levels.
