  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Philips teams, coordinating resources, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage site readiness, including reviewing technical requirements such as HVAC, electrical, and environmental needs.

  • Ensure successful project execution by monitoring milestones, resolving challenges, forecasting revenue timing, and supporting sales teams during order acquisition.

  • Join a mission-driven, highly collaborative South Zone Project Management team with growth opportunities and exposure to innovative healthcare technologies.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience managing complex construction or healthcare installation projects, preferably involving imaging equipment in medical environments.

  • Your skills include technical plan review (floor plans, site drawings, specifications), relationship management across all levels, and expertise with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Bluebeam, and CAD.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

  • You’re an adaptable, proactive communicator with excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, willing to travel up to 80% within your assigned territory (North Florida, South/Coastal Georgia) and occasionally beyond.

  • You reside within the territory and can meet all customer-specific requirements, including vaccinations and screenings.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Field role.
