Job Purpose: The Coordinator, Finance is responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to a high performing Finance team. The Coordinator will be a committed and extremely detailed resource who is highly motivated, proactively engaged in managing daily activities as assigned, has a strong sense of urgency and uses the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with all matters pertaining to the Finance department and the overall organization. Operating in a very fast-paced environment, the Coordinator must be able to successfully partner with the EA to the CFO and all SMP employees including other members of the Finance teams, while managing multiple activities and projects at any given time without skipping a beat.
What You’ll Do:
Ability to demonstrate and deliver an extraordinary level of high quality and professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Handle all information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and confidentiality including documents, data, meetings, travel, phone calls, emails, etc.
Proactively manage very busy and ever-changing calendars of internal and external meetings and attendees with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of resources
Recognize the need to proactively reprioritize, as appropriate, if business initiatives change
Coordinate corporate events, dinners, and international conferences including meeting agenda, catering, tech support, group amenities, etc.
Plan and organize a seamless travel experience, including full-service execution of heavy domestic and international travel pertaining to flights, hotel accommodations, car service, immigration paperwork, currency, international phone plans and more
Manage and process travel and expense reports for team members
Perform other general administrative activities including screening calls as the first point of contact, directing inquiries, determining the proper course of action, coordinating visitor access, greeting guests, and reserving meeting rooms
Order office supplies and shared snacks as needed
Work in an independent and proactive manner, without follow-up
Who You Are:

Monday - Friday, 9am -5:30pm EST (37.5 hours per week standard), in addition to the ability to work overtime early mornings and/or evenings, when needed.
