Rolling V Bus Corp.

This position involves duties covering multiple divisions of Rolling V and its entities. These entities include, but are not limited to Rolling V bus Corp. Motor Coach and School Bus Divisions.

Applicant Description:
Seeking individual with diverse office/computer skills and transportation industry experience for handling the changing and growing administrative needs of Rolling V Bus Corp. and its long term business strategy. Position requires providing for a safe, integrated, efficient and sustainable transportation service to passengers, their guardians and contract clients. Qualified individual must be able to meet company, industry and regulatory standards and training requirements. Individual shall possess good team-building skills and be a collaborative solution provider capable of uniting employees around common goals in an environment of trust and cooperation. Must have CDL. Position requires route driving as needed.

General Tasks: Manage all aspects of Charter Division of Rolling V, which includes, School buses, Motor Coaches and other specialty vehicles. Duties include dispatching, driver and vehicle scheduling, driver and vehicle preparation, trip reconciliation and billing. Also, booking, reservations and related customer services. Cooperation and communication with Terminal Managers, Shop Managers on a regular basis. Input and participation in all aspects of related training programs. As time permits, cross-over dispatching duties and knowledge of School Bus Matters. All of the preceding are to be completed in accordance with the rules, policies, and guidelines established by Rolling V. Driving will be a necessary need, so you will need to obtain a CDL class B with endorsements within the 1st year of the position.

Pay Rate and Benefits: Starting annual salary: $60,405.00

Customer Service, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal/Written Communication. CDL holder.

Work Schedule: A salaried position is considered 8 hours daily, 5 days a week, at location where needed and to be defined according to workload and company needs.
