Job description

Overview

The Demand Generation and Campaign Manager brings an innovative, data-driven, “can-do” attitude and focus on continuous learning and improvement to the design and implementation of comprehensive demand generation and marketing campaigns for IQVIA Commercial Solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing short- and long-term global multichannel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline, including email, web, webinars and events, organic social media, and paid media

  • Overseeing ad copy creation, testing, web analytics, retargeting initiatives and new channel testing to optimize campaigns to hit company performance goals

  • Assisting with landing page optimization, lead gen and follow-up, and SEO projects

  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels

  • Working closely with internal teams and outside vendors to implement new ideas, refresh and rotate creative concepts, and monitor campaign budgets

  • Utilizing customer insights and personas to guide marketing programming

  • Monitoring and analyzing internal and external KPIs and benchmarks to develop data-driven business insights, implications, and recommendations for action

 

Required Credentials, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or similar subject

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in developing multichannel marketing campaigns that drove strong business results

  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing channels relevant to Commercial life sciences decision-makers and influencers

  • Strong digital marketing experience, including tracking and reporting on ROI

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships

  • Proactive nature, strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

  • Life sciences, healthcare and/or technology industry experience strongly preferred
