About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales and Key Account Manager to join Ushop Tax Free Ltd in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you’ll drive the expansion of our retail network across Bosnia and Herzegovina, building strong partnerships with local shops and retailers. You’ll play a key role in boosting visibility, revenue, and customer engagement by delivering impactful trainings, supporting international shoppers, and ensuring a top-notch Tax Free Shopping experience. Your work will directly contribute to growing our brand and bringing more value to both retailers and tourists alike.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth
  • Experience in the retail industry or working with international customers is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Valid B-category driving license
