Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities
Pricing Management & Automation
Design and maintain dynamic pricing models using internal and external data.
Automate pricing updates and margin tracking in alignment with market fluctuations and cost structures
Sales Forecasting & Demand Integration
Build and refine sales forecasting models by Business Units, sites and product line
Align sales forecasts with supply chain demand planning and production scheduling.
Lead monthly S&OP data consolidation and drive forecast accuracy improvements
Systems & Process Integration
Own the integration between CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, and demand planning tools
Ensure seamless flow of sales, customer, and product data across platforms (CRM ⇌ Demand Planning ⇌ Supply Chain ⇌ Finance)
Support rollout and configuration of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to surface actionable commercial insights
Business Intelligence & Insights
Create dashboards and reports for pricing, revenue, forecast accuracy, and inventory positions.
Deliver insights on key trends, risks, and opportunities to commercial leaders and supply chain.
Drive root cause analysis and scenario modeling for revenue and margin optimization.
Qualification
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Supply Chain Analytics
Masters / Bachelors in Business Administration OR Engineering or similar field
Strong command of CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Proven track record in pricing automation, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
Excellent understanding of data integration and business process mapping
Highly analytical mindset, hands-on with data models, and proactive in problem-solving
Fluent in English; French OR German is a plus
