Job Purpose

The Junior Integrations Analyst is responsible for the communication, management, execution and maintenance of integration projects that allow for the integration between Autodoc’s supply chain IT systems and Supplier’s ERP.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact between suppliers and Autodoc internal teams. Manage the communication and collaboration with involved parties: IT integration department on the Supplier side, Autodoc development teams and commercial teams to plan, execute and report the status of a given integration project.
Create and maintain documentation for the Autodoc supplier integrations knowledge base.
Understand, coordinate and document integration requirements with stakeholders.
Execute integration projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
Perform preliminary integration testing, analysis, and validations to ensure the proper fulfillment of requirements.
Identify opportunities in both technological and methodology dimensions to provide ideas for continuous improvement and development of the supplier integrations service to colleagues and management.
Provide support on existing integrations by conducting monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as managing and resolving incidents together with suppliers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Strong - Ability to manage good relationships with both peers, stakeholders and customers.
Good - Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, EDI, ETL tools, Enterprise Service Bus), integration protocols (FTP, HTTPS, AS2) and data formats (XML, JSON, EDIFACT, etc).
Good - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expected deadlines in a complex environment. Be flexible in shifting the priorities according to the situation.
Intermediate - Ability to execute multiple integration projects and tasks simultaneously.
Basic - Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Basic - Experience in working with data exchange tools (i.e. Postman, FileZilla) and integration platforms (i.e. SAP CPI, Mulesoft, Boomi) is a plus.
