  • Provide general administrative support and assist EAs with diary management and meeting coordination.

Job description

Bring your exceptional administration skills and positive, can-do attitude and we will put them to good use!  As Operations and Franchise Coordinator you will assist field operations, franchises and head office with support work to ensure things run seamlessly.

  • Full Time, permanent role based in Mascot, Sydney

  • Opportunity to work from home 2 days per week (once trained)

The Role

In this busy but varied role you will be the go-to person as integral support, providing and completing general administration duties and daily activities that would include:

  • Prepare, issue, record, and file documentation.

  • Maintain weekly and monthly spreadsheets / registers – for analysing and tracking.

  • System administration – processing requests for sign on and access to systems.

  • Monthly reporting

  • Coding and processing invoices and expenses in Oracle

  • Recording and banking of cheques

  • Collating Agreements and distribution thereof

  • Deal with telephone queries

  • Maintaining stationery and reordering

  • General admin and adhoc requests that support Franchise, Operations and Head office administration.

  • Assisting EAs with any overflow around diary management, meeting set up and coordination

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in an administration or accounts role, with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) will be required.  Experience using Oracle will be advantageous, but ability to learn and pick up new systems and processes will be needed as training can be provided.

Further to the above you will be highly adaptable as things change quickly, you need to be able to multi-task, prioritise, and take initiative.  You will need to be able to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail to be successful in this role.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will help you to build relationships at all levels within the business which will see you thrive in this position.
