We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to take charge of interview logistics and candidate communications in a high-volume environment. In this role, your mission is to keep the hiring process organized and responsive—ensuring every candidate has a smooth, timely, and professional experience.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones

  • Own candidate communications: confirmations, rejections, updates, and follow-ups

  • Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow or similar) clean, current, and well-documented

  • Draft job descriptions and manage applicant intake across multiple roles

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on timelines and touchpoints

  • Suggest improvements to coordination workflows and candidate-facing templates

  • 1–2 years in a recruiting support, HR coordination, or scheduling-heavy role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven time management across multiple teams and high-volume requests

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS tools (Recruiterflow, Lever, etc.)

  • Full-time availability in PST or EST time zones
