We’re growing fast and need a Host‑focused Technical Account Manager who can safeguard and expand the backbone of our supply side.
As our Technical Account Manager (Host), you will own the relationships and day‑to‑day operations for 20 + secure host partners—each representing Millions in hardware value and instrumental to Runpods revenue model. You’ll be their strategic advisor, technical translator, and incident commander, ensuring rock‑solid uptime while unlocking new capacity and revenue for RunPod. This is a high‑visibility role that blends account management, infrastructure know‑how, and process automation.
