Marketing Coordinator (Remote - Australia Based)

📍 Remote | 🕐 Full-time or Part-time | 💰 $65,000 – $85,000 + Super (pro-rata)

We’re Fundd – a modern finance company with a human touch.

We help everyday Australians access smarter finance – for homes, businesses, investments & all types of lending really. We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across multiple channels.

You can be full-time or part-time – we’re flexible and focused on results only. Please note you cannot work for an agency, this is a salaried role which we expect to be your main employment.

You'll work very closely with one of the directors and the operations manager who is great with tech and he currently helps with SEO, web page design and some marketing things however tech is more his strong suit! You will also help some/most of the brokers directly.

What you'll do

As our in-house marketing coordinator, you’ll:

  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence (priority channel)
  • Optimize and update Google My Business listings
  • Build and run email campaigns in ActiveCampaign
  • Post engaging content on Facebook and Instagram
  • Coordinate SMS outbound campaigns (ideally AI-supported)
  • Support direct mail, broker-specific campaigns, and local sponsorships
  • Assist with video content creation and editing for socials
  • Tailor content and marketing support for individual brokers including graphic design
  • Jump in on other marketing initiatives as needed
  • Liaise with overseas contractors where necessary to help with certain tasks

Requirements

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Write clearly and confidently for an Australian audience (tone is casual but sharp)
  • Have hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, ActiveCampaign, LinkedIn, or similar
  • Can create/edit simple videos (CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
  • Are self-managed, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
  • Have 2+ years in marketing, content, or digital coordination (finance is a bonus but not essential)

Nice to have, but not required
  • Experience in mortgage broking, financial services, or a fast-growing business
  • Knowledge of SEO or content optimisation
  • Familiarity with Webflow or WordPress
